Comfortable and welcoming

+ The lady who checked us in didn't tell me I had to ask housekeeping to provide tea coffee making facilities. By the time I discovered the kettle and called to check, it was time for us to check out. The man at reception was very helpful. I requested late check out and he excused himself probably to check with manager but returned to grant an extension as my daughter wasn't well and this was much needed. He was very courteous and warm, I am thankful for his good service.

− The fact I would've loved to have a cup of tea in the room but didn't know I had to request the tea bags etc. Also I purchased a toothbrush and toothpaste from boots when I could've requested this from the hotel but this information wasn't given to me at check in and only found out later
