− We definitely did not get our money's worth at this hotel. We had previously stayed in the Maldives at half the price and received a far superior experience — you can genuinely find much better for less. The biggest issue here is management. While neighboring resorts are running at full capacity, this hotel remains remarkably empty — and it is no coincidence. Guests notice the difference. In our opinion, the current manager lacks the skills and experience needed to run this property properly. With a more capable and guest-focused manager, this place could be so much better. We were on a full board package, yet certain items on the menu came with an extra charge. Rather than paying additionally, we had to order alternative dishes at the same restaurant. This is simply unacceptable for a full board arrangement and was never clearly communicated to us beforehand. To the Egyptian owners of this property: please take this feedback seriously. − Our experience at this resort was extremely disappointing. There were cockroaches everywhere, all around the villa and common areas. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately that was one of the very few positive things. The entire place felt dirty and poorly maintained, and the food was mediocre at best. Everything is outrageously overpriced. A simple shared dish can cost around $100, and even a small bottle of water is $15. On top of that, they charge thousands of dollars extra for transportation, without clearly informing you in advance. We ended up paying an additional $2,000–$3,000 just for transfers. The meal plan is also extremely misleading. It is very restrictive, and almost anything outside the very limited included options comes with massive extra charges. No matter what you order, you constantly feel like another $500 is being added to your bill. Then they add extra “taxes” and hidden fees that are not explained properly, making it impossible to understand what you are ac
