Fijn hotel op gezelligste stukje van het eiland!
+ Vanaf het moment dat we bij de ferry werden opgehaald, was alles perfect geregeld. We kwamen tegelijk met veel andere gasten aan, maar daar was het hotel duidelijk goed op voorbereid. Het inchecken verliep snel en soepel.
In eerste instantie kregen we twee kamers in de buurt van het zwembad. Omdat we daar wat geluidsoverlast ervaarden, hebben we dit aangegeven. Zonder problemen kregen we direct twee kamers in het nieuwere gebouw. Dat was echt een geweldige service.
Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een speciale vermelding voor Hashim van de buitenbar – een echte topper! Ook Bernard (hopelijk schrijf ik zijn naam goed) was fantastisch. Maar eerlijk gezegd geldt dit voor het hele team; iedereen doet zijn uiterste best om je een geweldig verblijf te bezorgen.
Wij verbleven hier vier nachten na een rondreis van twee weken door Sri Lanka. Voor ons was dat de perfecte afsluiting en precies lang genoeg. We hadden bovendien prachtig zonnig weer.

− Als ik één verbeterpunt zou moeten noemen, dan is het het ontbijt. De keuze is wat eentonig en wanneer je later aanschuift, kan het voorkomen dat bepaalde gerechten op zijn. Positief is wel dat het personeel dit direct aanvult zodra je erom vraagt. Dat maakt de service ook hier weer uitstekend.
Onze eerste 2 kamers Warren denk ik gerenoveerd, maar de gordijnen waren erg oud. Bij onze vervangende kamers was dit overigens niet zo en was alles netjes.

+ All crew was helpfull special thanks to Anjali, Sajii, Sojib, Manik, Rithika. Hotel was so clean, thier restuarant has same prices with other but better service ofcourse. Very attractive infinity pool. lastly the location close to water sports, activities and port. If i go again i would stay here.
− Maybe because of heat fruits and vegetables was not good at breakfast and their beach has stones so strongly advice bring your sea shoes with you.

I am very bad feeing my vaction stay in thsi hotel
+ I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to families.
The room was not suitable for a family. The balcony was extremely small and not usable for sitting comfortably. Although I had booked a sea-view room, the overall condition of the room was disappointing. It was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom was poorly maintained. Several bathroom fittings were broken, including the hand shower for the toilet, which caused significant inconvenience.
The breakfast was also below expectations. During my three-day stay, the menu was almost the same every day. The bread was not fresh, the quality and taste of the food were poor, and there was very little variety. There were also very limited Asian breakfast options.
Overall, the hotel did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, or food quality. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others.
− The staff and the hotel's activity team were very unprofessional throughout our stay.
We paid USD 140 directly for activities that were advertised to last approximately five hours. However, the activities ended after only three hours, and we were not given the full experience we had paid for. There was poor communication regarding the schedule, and we felt that we did not receive value for our money.
When we raised our concerns, the hotel reception staff were not helpful and did not make any effort to resolve the issue. This lack of customer service made the experience even more frustrating.
Another concern was that all charges were made in U.S. dollars instead of the local currency, which was inconvenient and unexpected.
The check-in process was also extremely disappointing. We had to wait for more than two hours before receiving our room. This long delay wasted a significant part of our first day, and my family, especially my children, were very disappointed after such a

− The plugs were loose had to use water bottles and cups to support them. A cup even fell and we were made to pay for it
