− Por la noche hay poca iluminación por el caminito. En el todo incluido entra muy poca bebida (cócteles y copas) la mayoría tienes que pagarlo a parte. En el blue bar (una parte de la isla) faltaría algo más de música o animación, es muy chulo el sitio y super tranquilo pero un poquito de música no vendría mal.

− All inclusive needs reviewing. When you arrive you realise there is all inclusive vs all inclusive gold ($100 each per night extra) all inclusive gave one poor black coloured vodka and one unknown draft beer. Many cocktails but we like our standard vodka and can or bottle beer. Hubby spent a lot buying extra branded can beers when I’d hoped we would spend nothing! Outside bathroom is tough when you have a bad tummy and big ants collect in that area. Tiny snacks between 2-7, sweets and cakes. Long time to wait for a decent meal. Dinner would be better by 6pm.

− Unfortunately, several aspects of the resort did not meet my expectations. Housekeeping standards were poor, with superficial cleaning, dusty surfaces, and bed linen not being changed during my stay. The buffet offered very limited variety, especially for guests with dietary requirements. Although the chef tried to help, the allergen management was inconsistent, vegan options were almost non-existent, and meals prepared for me still contained dairy despite my intolerance. Service at the bar was often slow and expensive. The TV service was unavailable throughout my stay, leaving very little entertainment in the evenings. My faulty shower was not properly addressed, and the explanation I received was dismissive rather than resolving the issue. Diving excursions were extremely expensive, required minimum numbers to operate, and were frequently cancelled, leaving guests with very limited activities. The shoreline is also rocky and covered with coral, so water shoes are essential. Overall,
