Wonderful hotel overall, but a clear lack of quality and engagement in the water sports offerings.
+ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, including a very attentive and personal guest service that made us feel truly valued. The food at the buffet restaurant was excellent, with a great variety and high quality.
The spa area is very well equipped, especially the sauna, and offers a perfect place to relax. The pool area is fantastic, and the beach and sea are absolutely beautiful. Overall, a top-quality hotel that we would highly recommend.
− Unfortunately, the dive and water sports team was a complete disappointment. During both excursions we experienced a total lack of motivation, engagement, enthusiasm, and passion. This was extremely disappointing and does not match the otherwise high quality of the hotel at all. There is a serious need for improvement here. Guests who are interested in diving or water activities should consider choosing another island.

Traumhafte Woche im Paradies!
+ Einfach alles war perfekt. Naaif war unser Hauptansprechpartner und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt und sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert.
Das Essen war fantastisch, das Ambiente ebenso. Das Personal spricht einen immer mit Namen an, was es sehr familiär macht und man hat den Eindruck, dass das Wohlbefinden der Gäste wirklich an erster Stelle steht.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder hier her!
− Mir fällt nicht wirklich etwas ein. Wenn es etwas gäbe, was verbessert werden könnte, dann wäre es vielleicht, dass beim Frühstück auch Pumpernickelbrot angeboten wird (für Deutsche ist das wichtig). Das ist aber jammern auf hohem Niveau!

Great choice to visit Ari Atoll, with great quality facilities and caring staff.
+ Nice location and house reef. Very well equipped gym. Dive center very professional. The hotel staff effectively solved one issue when our luggage was lost. Good quality and variety of food.
− May be the dive center was a bit too keen to sell extra services on a very expensive rate card. The staff was very attentive at all times but their efforts at initiating conversation with the guests sometimes a little bit too much. For some guests like us is about family time and have our own family conversations.
