Kuredu Island Resort

+ (+) A large resort where you can choose from many programs, we were never bored (snorkering with turtles, pool, game room, discovering the island and the rich wildlife, bars and restaurants, etc.) Very friendly staff, special thanks to Sameer, our private host. Beautiful enviromenet, real Maldives athmosphere. Very comfortable bungalow, which was upgraded for us (just like that the seaplane transfer. Thank you again for that :)) High quality foods were varied, we especially liked the themed dinners. We loved the sandbank and the opportunity to fly and take photos with my drone (it was a limited part of the island, but still rare in the Maldives). Free professional photography was also a great opportunity (you can buy thoose pictures which you liked). (-) Although there is a reef, it is not that easily accessible, especially if you would like to do it with children. Evening programs could be a little bit more interesting, more focus on music (live music or DJ). We missed the toiletries

+ Beautiful island, very well maintained and perfect service thanks to 800 staff on the island. You never need for anything as they re there to cater for everything you might require. The personal greeter/concierge is extremely useful to help you with anything. All staffs are extremely courteous and helpful. Accommodation is very well maintained too, bed was far too soft for my liking but that’s personal preference. Had an issue with the fridge and was sorted out within the hour. Food is much better than expected for a buffet, they really try to change it every time and à la Carte restaurants were better than some I’ve been to in London. Loved the sand banks and the sundowner bar, makes you feel like you’re in a different world. Our beach bungalow was on north side but beach there is a bit wild (pebbles and broken corals) and you can only swim at high tide in murky water with silty sand under foot. So we went to the main beach which is proper idyllic with super soft white sand and warm

+ Just back after a wonderful holiday on this idyllic island. The staff offered great service, and the facilities were excellent. The hand line fishing, jet skis, dive centre, and snorkelling on the house reef (entrance by the jetty) were all highlights. Don't bring too many pairs of shoes - you really won't need them.

+ We truly felt like we were in paradise at Kuredu Island Resort. From the sea plane arrival, friendly welcome, lovely staff, wonderful food, beautiful villas and stunning views that we will never forget. A special mention to Mounika who looked after us the whole time from the minute we arrived, responding immediately to questions or requests and making sure that we had the most wonderful holiday. We were sad to say goodbye to her. All the staff were so friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble from those who serviced our villas, to restaurant staff and chefs, bar staff and the most friendly buggy drivers especially Jeni and Manu! We would highly recommend Kuredu and would love to return.

+ We were a family of 5 visiting the island for 10 days. From the first moment you get the pulse down and feel welcome. We were greeted by Mounika, who took good care of us throughout our stay. There are plenty of activities in and around the island. The highlight for us was snorkeling with huge sharks….
