+ Excellent value for money, especially the food which was all delicious and really reasonably priced. Lovely hotel on the north of the island which is by the nicest beaches. Diving centres are in the south of the island but they will pick you up anyway. Hotel staff super lovely and helpful. Free water provided throughout the stay which was much appreciated. Lovely rooftop bar and restaurant for sunset.

Nicest hotel on the island
+ Ataraxis is a bit further away from the harbour and the dive shops, but we rented a scooter to get around the island. Sunset beaches are walking distance. Restaurant had tasty food, and the rooftop is very cosy at night. Big and clean room, with all the necessary amenities. Thinks this is the nicest hotel on the island, as there are no resorts on Fuvamulah.

+ My stay at Ataraxis Grand and Spa was amazing! The hotel itself is clean, and perfectly located near the beautiful beach, but what truly makes this place special is the hospitality. A massive thanks to the owner, Haam, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome!

Excellent hotel on Fuvahmulah with everything you need including a gym.
+ The rooms are spacious, excellent bed and bathroom and a nice little balcony with a drying rack. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The food is good and very reasonably priced. There is a grocery store about 500 m down the road. It’s very close to the beach’s.

+ We really enjoyed the view and the location, with Thoondu Beach just a short walk away. The staff were welcoming, and Haam, the manager, stood out for being exceptionally attentive and accommodating. Our time in Fuvahmulah was wonderful, and staying at Ataraxis played a part in that experience.
− There’s honestly nothing negative to say about Ataraxis. Perhaps the breakfast buffet could offer a wider variety, but the made-to-order menu more than makes up for it — the food is excellent and absolutely delicious.
