− * The room lacked basic amenities such as hot water, tea, and coffee facilities, which are generally expected in most hotels. * Storage facilities were limited, with a very small wardrobe, no clothes hangers, and no mirror in the room, making it inconvenient to get ready. * The air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly. * The booking site mentioned an in-house restaurant with a variety of cuisines, but there was no restaurant on the property. The listing should be updated to reflect accurate information. * Payment for the balance was requested repeatedly upon arrival and during lunch, which felt a little uncomfortable and impacted the welcome experience. * The management could have been more guest-focused, especially during Eid, with a simple courtesy message or check-in on guests’ comfort. * Cleanliness could be improved, as we noticed dust inside the cupboards. * The toilet door had some issues, and the shower pressure and functionality were not ideal.

− Para nada de ajusta a la realidad. La fotos deben de ser de cuando se hizo. La habitación muy cutre con muebles viejos. Un colchón sucio sin usar metido en la habitación. El baño con moho y suciedades. A parte no te dejan pagar en la moneda local, ni tienen datáfono. Quieren que pagues en dólares cuando soy española.
