− Construction all night , very noisy - unable to sleep properly. No solution as no other rooms. Avoid

− I didn't like anything about the hotel, from the door handle to the air conditioning unit. It was extremely rusty, and I asked them to fix it, but they refused. I'm against the movement, and I told them I work with the security team, so they should have fixed the air conditioning unit immediately, but they didn't. I asked for another room, and they refused. I asked for a crib, and they said it wasn't available. I was only there for tourism, and I didn't enjoy my stay because of the air conditioning. We didn't sleep well, and it's a shame I stayed at this hotel in Kuala Lumpur. My rating for hotels here is zero, absolutely zero.
