Comfortable and convenient for a short stay in London
+ We had a great stay at The Counting House Hotel. The room was comfortable and ideal for a short stay, with a very comfy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the train station, making it a convenient base for exploring London. Check-in was quick and straightforward, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

Great overall stay in a great location.
+ Our room was great, big, clean, quiet, comfortable, great air con which was much needed in 30+ degree heat in London, very cosy to the underground, lots of places to eat and drink close by! Would definitely stay again!

Disappointed
+ Beautiful building our room was lovely only down side there was no hand wash after using the toilet I had to ask for some which we was given shampoo as a hand wash bit weird but work took my wife there for her birthday 2 night £705.60 which was a treat for her we went to get a drink from the pub and was told they have shut it all no drinks available at 945pm when it states in the room 1100pm Sundays 6.pm so we was told by a young man to go down the road to another place which was a bit of a joke considering we booked the stay at the counting house for this the breakfast was lovely we found in the morning the staff was polite and attentive was just felt let down on a couple of things for the money we spent there we would not stay there again as at 615am the noise for unloading the beer kegs was shaking our floor I know it’s a pub we would of love a drink we are not ones for negative feed back but felt a little disappointed we say in London a lot and have not experienced any problems be
− No soap to wash your hands in our room told they was not serving drinks at 9.45pm told to go the bar down the road 6.15am sounded like they was unloading the beer in our room the floor shook not good for the money you pay
