− Sleeping area v small - all storage up v steep steps We had top floor flat - lots of steps not easy if you have heavy luggage (we didn’t)

− Too hot. No windows and no air conditioning

− Not even a hook on the hallway , the closet was situated at the upper level, in the kitchen area. No place to leave your clothes in the bedroom. One night stand missing, unacceptable. Abrupt stairs between the levels. Bathroom also can be provided with an extra storage space for personal belongings. Terrace has a nice view, spacious but a minimum of remodeling is necesarry as the table and chairs are disintegrating, walls need a fresh paint. Take the neighbour example.;expensive place to stay but the owner keeps the investments at a minimum.
