− Les fenêtres sont bloquées inutilement trop bas, rendant le studio invivable avec la chaleur. Remonter de 10 cm ne permettrait à personne de tomber au travers, mais améliorerait grandement le confort. Sinon c'était parfait.

Worked for my purposes. Would only use again in the cooler months.
+ Good apartments in a good location, very clean and presentable. Liked the self entry exit system.
− Unfortunately they were incredibly hot and the windows didn't really allow the room to cool very much with a noisy street below. Only a fan provided but desperately needs air con. Would be great in the cooler months. The table and chairs provided were falling apart from previous guests.

Lovely studio apartment in a great location
+ Concept Apartments are very reliable & their apartments are always great quality & conveniently situated.
This flat was modern, exceptionally clean & felt secure.
The flat was on the top floor so there was a skylight on the landing & also one directly above the comfy double bed.
The ability to ventilate the apartment with the in-room skylight, then opening the windows & using the supplied (powerful) fan were life-savers during the current heatwave.
The bathroom was compact but functional & very clean. Towels, toilet rolls & toiletries are all included.
There's a double wardrobe with drawers & space under the bed to keep your case, once you have un-packed.
We didn't need to use the induction hub as constantly ate out.
There is a launderette in the basement, if needed, but we didn't go down to see this.
If you have any queries / need help before or during your stay, the company are very responsive & helpful.
