A fantastic, comfortable room
+ I had a great stay, the room was really comfortable, in a great location, and the staff were very helpful.
− The WiFi was a bit dodgy.

Comfortable, nice pub downstairs, a bit expensive for what you get
+ Bed very comfortable, air con in room was good (especially in a heatwave!), good toiletries and decent fittings, quiet despite busy pub downstairs but lots of road noise
− No breakfast available, lots of stairs to bedrooms. Blind in bathroom was broken and room is overlooked so had to hang a towel at the window to shower. Traffic noise from very early in morning despite closed windows was quite disruptive. Unable to get a table for meal in the evening as all tables booked for football but was able to eat at the bar. Quite expensive for what is provided.

A great base for my birthday trip to London .
+ Room 2 ! We had a really comfortable room with a fantastic big bath . A/C was a lifesaver ! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good food and drink and the comedy night was an added bonus . My birthday Negroni was excellent too 😉
− We couldn’t get WiFi at all in our room but that’s a minor complaint. The stairs might put some people off but we were warned in advance !

+ Clean, comfortable and well equipped room in a good location close to the underground @ bus stops. Helpful staff.
− Staircase to access the room was quite steep.

+ Location is great and the neigbourhood is full of historic houses, like Charlie Chaplin lived almost next door. A little further away is the Imperial War Museum and Tibetan Peace Garden, which was open by the Dalai Lama himself in 1999.
− Very poor wi-fi in the room. Basically it didn't work.
