+ I have stayed here 2 times before because the location is amazing. Of course, you can hear the underground but it is just so convenient when arriving with a big suitcase to just take the Gatwick Express directly to Victoria and the only walk 5 min instead of having to take other transport.
The apartments are a nice size - the basement ones are a bit bigger (door between room and kitchen)
− Honestly, I will never book here again during a hot summer. There are only windows to one side and I couldn't open the window in the room. A floor fan wafting the 35c hot air around was nowhere near enough. It was so uncomfortable to be and sleep in the apartment.

+ I liked the layout, how clean it was and great location.
− I think it could have done with a little foldable table and chair set just outside the door. It was a lovely day when we were there and the steps were too small for us to sit on properly and enjoy our coffee in the sun.

+ Easy check-in process, lovely apartment, excellent facilities and all you could need for a few nights stay. Comfortable bed and pillows, and good fan provided.
− It was very hot on the top floor but that couldn't be helped apart from if AC was installed. A good fan was provided though. An important point to note is that the tube/underground runs directly underneath the property up until past midnight and again from early morning (5am). It is definitely noticeable, you can feel and hear it, and affected my sleeping so perhaps something to consider for light sleepers (again not the fault of the apartment).

Lovely calm oasis inside.
+ Easy key collection. Beautifully clean and in an excellent location. Nice quiet neighbourhood.
Good sized room. Comfortable bed. Air-conditioned room.
Very impressed with finding the apartments, a nice change from a bustling hotel stay. Fully equipped mini kitchen, iron and board, toaster kettle etc
− Nothing to spoil our stay would have liked a couple of milk sachets or similar for the tea/coffee.. A small empty shelf near the mirror between the towel rail would be handy for toiletries but I am being beyond picky.
