+ Good sized room for two people. Easy kitchen access for cooking or storing food.Close to the tube.
− The shower head has to be held while showering.

+ The beds were very comfy, and it's in a great location. The check-in was quick and easy.
− We were not provided towels or toiletries. I messaged the owner about it, but it wasn't resolved before the end of the stay. The shared bathrooms could do with a clean.

Gute Lage, Sauberkeit schlecht
+ Die Lage war sehr gut, dicht an der Underground Tottenham Hale. Dort gibt es auch Supermärkte
− Komischer Check In, Hotelname steht nicht dran. Nur ein Handtuch bekommen, haben uns dann selber eines von der Leine geholt.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Bad, Dusche schwarz verschimmelt, Toilette mit braunen Ablagetungen.
Wir hatten im Juli 30 Grad, die Luft im Zimmer war, trotz Ventilator, kaum erträglich. Jaus sehr hellhörig.

− No towels, toilet paper, soap/shampoo in the room, though the owner did rectify the situation an hour later.

Not great.
+ Bed was comfortable
− Bedroom was advertised with a bath, but it didn't come with one. Pillowcase was dirty asked for it to be changed.
Shower cubicle had seen better days, all a bit black round the edges. Shared kitchen had a clothes stand in it with laundry on. Not the most welcoming sight. Room said it had a garden view, but don't get your hopes up.
