+ The room was small and very basic, also quite well worn. The price was suspiciously cheap when I booked it as a central London hotel and my concerns were realised. But it was clean and I slept and I showered, so it only gets a disappointing...

+ Excellent location,Clean, helpful staff BUT beds uncomfortable, heating impossible to regulate without opening window, no razor socket in bathroom, breakfast poor (awful coffee, roll and croissant with jam). disappointed for this price point

+ We got rooms on the basement floor with fixed window that cannot be opened.it causes the Room to have bad smells. There is no curtain so sun enters the Room very early in the morning. There is a wooden floor up so you can hear every step ftom upper room and it is very annoying.
