Mamaison All-Suites Spa Hotel Pokrovka

+ Nice hotel but some work was going in other rooms being refurbished and lots of noise on the Saturday. Not ideal for relaxing weekend and spa . The room furniture and decorations not to our taste as felt like the interior was decorated by 2/3 different people and they didn’t check or coordinate it !

+ the hotel is very accommodating and friendly personell

+ Suoer friendlybstaff did a fantastic job atveach and every step from Check-in to dtaff interaction, having soft pillows when asked, so friendly everyone. Room service was great. But BEST of all was the Spa Services and Attention. Highly recommend the Osteopath Massage from Arcen. He is a magician! Subtle bodywork that had lasting effect for days! We will be back! Thanks Ma Maison for greatvstay.

+ Great modern hotel. Beautiful rooms. The staff speaks English and goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs. The location was perfect. Overall - excellent value and service.
