Winterfell on Arbat

+ Good location and good staff but small rooms. It’s a good spot to sleep on the new arbat.

+ Es un excelente hotel, la calidad del servicio, la higiene dentro del hotel y la amabilidad del personal es incomparable. La señorita de la recepción brindo un servicio excelente y se procupo por el bienstar y comodidad los dias que estuve.

+ Perfekt beliggenhed i forhold til attraktioner og metro/busser. Stille men alligevel centralt. Papirs tynde vægge mellem værelserne, meget lyt. Lidt forvirrende rygepolitik for rygere. Gratis kaffe og the. Skal selv skifte sengetøj og gøre opmærksom på rengøring. Husk at bestille værelse med vindue.

+ After months of reservation and full payment, when we arrived to this place there were no place for us!! they sent us to another location very far with a taxi driver that left us in front of a mini-market!! Nobody knew the new location!! after hours of wondering around a young couple who speak English called the Winterfell hotel and found the horrible "new" place inside an old hospital garage. I preferred to lost my money and didn't come back for the extra day I payed for. Travelocity should take it out of its list. It's a shame to call this place a hotel.

+ I checked in and was told I had no booking even though I paid and had a confirmation. Staff was rude and not understanding and made no effort to help me when I was in a difficult situation. They made me wait 3 hours to check in. Room was small but ok and it was super loud in the morning starting from 8am.
