Hotel Zvezdnaya

+ Don’t recommend this hotel . our company booked this hotels for partners from UAE. Hotel didn’t let them go inside without any reason and they have booking in advance photo attached ,Reception lady Inna was very rude and un polite and she was shouting at us to leave the hotel .

+ Алина на ресепшене систематически портит отдых клиентам, систематически грубит и совершает очень плохие поступки

+ I used to love the hotel, and always stayed there when in Moscow. But this time around one of the staff was incredibly rude, and so I even left the hotel when it was paid and stayed elsewhere. But it's only one person (a receptionist named Alina). Otherwise, the hotel is nice

+ В сегменте блочных номеров вариант вполне добротный. Уютно, более-менее современная мебель. На один-два дня рекомендую.
