We are a family run business & also employ 10 staff who are all local to the area. Our barista-training cafe/tea rooms will provide all guests with complimentary teas, coffees and hot chocolates during your stay in addition to the substantial breakfast menu to set you up for the day. The grade II listed building has plenty of character and we are centrally located within the town which in turn is centrally located for access to South and Mid-Wales. We look forward to meeting people from around the world. Originally built in 1725, this Grade II listed Georgian townhouse offers 7 en suite bedrooms in the centre of the ancient market town of Llandovery, the gateway to the Brecon Beacons.

Penygawse has now been carefully restored to its original splendour. Today, it offers the kind of traditional welcome that you might expect in such a beautiful, historic town.
