We are rural but with easy commute to Edinburgh by bus or train (4miles away)We have plenty parking and the surroundings are quiet.We are also near Musselburgh Racecourse (10 minutes) All the East Lothian Golf Courses are within 20 minutes drive. We have 2 suites, a deluxe suite and standard double or twin in the main house and in the ajoining cottage we have 3 twin rooms - one is suitable for disabled and all 3 rooms are on ground level Adniston Manor B&B is a 19th-century former farmhouse set in 1.6 acres of gardens, and just 15 minutes’ drive from the East Lothian coastline.

Free Wi-Fi is provided in each room at Adniston Manor, as well as a TV, en suite bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities. Some feature a private sauna and outdoor terrace, and most have garden views and super king-size beds.
