Stiftung Kartause Ittingen

Dating back over 800 years, the atmospheric Stiftung Kartause Ittingen is a former Charterhouse monastery located in Warth. This unique place features a labyrinth garden, a private dairy and a restaurant.

Kartause Ittingen’s extensive grounds also contain the dairy that produces 6 different types of cheese, yoghurt, butter and cream. All of these can be tasted in the modern restaurant located within the historic walls. The monastery also produces its own wine.
